The TOPS Small Grants Program

The Small Grants Program has helped organizations design, test, and share promising practices, tools, guidance, and skills that can help the food security community design and implement stronger programs.

The program, which is no longer accepting applications, offered two types of awards, Micro Grants (funded up to $50,000) and Program Improvement Awards (funded up to $100,000). Both awards were designed to sustain high quality technical skills and capacity of Food for Peace grantees, implementers, partners, and collaborators. They focused on developing innovative approaches, strengthening existing practices, and disseminating promising new practices and skills to a wide audience of practitioners.
